ainda Março, Marçagão ...

No rolo de Março, que desenrolei no post anterior, esqueci-me de acrescentar que a PULSE art fair também está na agenda. Através do website da Gilt.com, we got tickets to the fair, as well as access to a private reception for a meet-and-greet (and eat) with PULSE's new director, Cornell DeWitt. Saturday, March 5 from 6 - 8 pm.

It's New York Art Week, when galleries bring out their best and art fairs pop up all over Manhattan.
PULSE marks its sixth New York edition this year, and welcomes its new director, Cornell DeWitt.
Through its annual editions in New York and Miami, PULSE serves as the junction between central and satellite art fairs. Its exhibitors consist of a select group of more than sixty pioneering international galleries that present works by both premier contemporary artists and emerging and undiscovered talents.
The fair is divided into two sections and is comprised of a mix of well-established and young galleries vetted by a committee of prominent international dealers. The IMPULSE section showcases galleries presenting solo exhibitions of emerging artists' work created in the past two years. In addition, PULSE develops original cultural programming with a series of large-scale installations, and its PULSE PLAY>video lounge.
